How do I Book a session?
Is A Retainer Required?
Yes, a non-refundable retainer and signed contract are required to reserve your session date. The remaining balance due before or on the day of your session, depending on your selected package.
How long does it take to receive my photos?
Your final gallery will be delivered within the turnaround time outlined in your contracts you’ll receive professionally edited, high resolution images through a private online gallery.
Can I bring someone with me?
Of course. You’re welcome to bring one guest for support.
Do You Photograph Weddings?
Vision by Latoya mainly focuses on editorial portraits, beauty, fashion, and storytelling photography. We’re open to elopements and small ceremonies the consist of 50 guest or less. Please contact Vision by Latoya directly through email for further questions.

Do you provide the studio?
Studio rentals are available for sessions that requires an indoor location. If a studio is needed, we’ll discuss the best option for your vision during the planning process.
Can I purchase additional images?
Yes, additional edited images may be purchased during or after your session.
What Happens if it Rains?
For outdoor sessions, we’ll monitor the weather together. If necessary, we’ll reschedule or discuss an alternative indoor location.
Can I request Heavy Retouching?
Each image is thoughtfully edited using my signature artistic style to ensure every gallery reflects the ‘Vision by Latoya’ brand. I’m happy to make minor adjustments when appropriate, but I di not copy or replicate another artist’s editing style. If there’s a particular mood or feeling you’d like your images to convey, we’ll discuss that during the planning process so we can create something that’s uniquely yours.
Can you help me pose?
Absolutely. You don’t need modeling experience. I’ll guide you through posing, movement, and expression throughout the session so your images feel natural and authentic.
Do you travel?
Yes. Travel is available for select locations. Travel fees may apply depending on the distance and location of your session.
Will my images be shared online?
Your privacy is important. Images may be used for portfolio, social media, or marketing purposes unless otherwise discussed. If you prefer to keep your images private, simply let me know before your session.
What Should I Wear?
Once your session is booked, you’ll receive a styling guide filled with wardrobe tips and suggestions to help you feel confident and camera-ready.
